Terms of Service

By adding Wind Bot to a Discord server or using any of its commands or features, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must remove the bot from your server and cease all use immediately.

Wind Bot is a Discord bot providing the following features:

• Auto-Wave Partner System: automated exchange of server advertisements between participating Discord servers.
• Partner Link Tracking: recording and displaying server partnership statistics.
• DonutSMP Spawner Shop: a ticket-based system for buying and selling in-game Minecraft spawners on the DonutSMP server, including stock tracking, staff payouts, sales statistics, a priority queue, and staff applications.
• Building Service: ordering in-game builds from the DonutSMP building team, with the payment held until the build is accepted.
• Map Art Tickets: requesting in-game map art from the DonutSMP map art team.
• Sponsorships & Giveaways: sponsoring giveaway prize pools, and entering giveaways, minigames and gambling rounds.
• Schematic Library: sharing Minecraft schematics in a searchable forum.
• Spawner Tycoon (/games): an idle game played with fake money that has no value.
• Ticket System: private buy, sell, support, build and map art ticket channels, with saved transcripts.
• Server Utilities: configuration, announcements, polls, roles, and related tools.

You must meet all of the following to use Wind Bot:

• Be at least 13 years old, as required by Discord's Terms of Service.
• Have a valid Discord account in good standing.
• Comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times.
• When using any DonutSMP feature, also comply with the rules of the DonutSMP Minecraft server.

You may use Wind Bot only for its intended purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. Server administrators who add Wind Bot are responsible for ensuring that their community members use the bot appropriately.

You must not use Wind Bot to:

• Spam, flood, or harass any user or server.
• Distribute illegal content, malware, phishing links, or scam material.
• Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the bot's operation.
• Use the Auto-Wave system to send misleading, harmful, or inappropriate advertisements.
• Abuse the partner tracking, shop, or giveaway systems to artificially inflate statistics, stock, sales, entries, or payouts.
• Scam, defraud, or fail to deliver on a trade, build, or map art agreed through the bot.
• Fake a payment, including by moving money through an alternate account to make a payment appear to have been made.
• Link an in-game name that is not yours.
• Submit schematics or other content that you do not have the right to share.
• Exploit bugs in Spawner Tycoon. The "Install Hack" button is a feature of the game and is allowed; exploiting actual bugs is not.
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or the rules of the DonutSMP server.
• Impersonate the bot developer, staff, or claim official status you do not have.

The Auto-Wave system automatically exchanges server advertisements between servers where Wind Bot is configured. By enabling Auto-Wave (via /config setup), you agree to the following:

• Your server's ad (the most recent message in your configured ad channel) will be sent to other participating servers automatically.
• Your server will receive advertisements from other participating servers in your designated partner channel.
• Your ad content must comply with Discord's Community Guidelines and these Terms. Content that is NSFW, promotes harmful communities, or violates Discord's policies is strictly prohibited.
• The Developer reserves the right to remove any server from the Auto-Wave network at any time for any reason, including policy violations.

The Spawner Shop lets users buy and sell in-game Minecraft spawners on the DonutSMP server through ticket channels. All payments are made in-game using DonutSMP's in-game currency between players. By using the Spawner Shop, you acknowledge and agree that:

• For spawner trades, Wind Bot is only a facilitation and record-keeping tool. It does not process, hold, or transfer any currency or items. In-game payments and spawner deliveries happen directly between players in-game.
• You must link your in-game name with /ign before opening a ticket. Shop staff may correct a linked name, and every change is recorded.
• Trades are made at your own risk. You are responsible for verifying the other party and confirming delivery before considering a trade complete.
• The Developer and shop staff are not liable for any loss of in-game currency or items, scams, or failed trades, including account penalties imposed by DonutSMP or Mojang.
• Prices, stock, and availability may change at any time without notice.
• Refunds, if any, are handled at the sole discretion of shop staff on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
• You must comply with the DonutSMP server's own rules on trading.

The building service lets you order an in-game build from a builder on the DonutSMP building team. Unlike a spawner trade, a build is paid for up front and the payment is held until the build is done. By ordering a build, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You pay the agreed price in-game to the shop owner, or to the owner's appointed stand-in while the owner is away. Wind Bot itself never holds or moves any currency; it records the order and checks that the payment arrived.
• To check a payment, the bot reads both players' in-game balances from DonutSMP. You may be asked to pay an exact, slightly unusual amount so the payment can be recognised.
• Once you accept the finished build, the payment continues to be held for 48 hours. During that time you can report a problem, such as the build being griefed.
• If you report a problem, the owner or their stand-in decides whether to refund you or to pay the builder. That decision is final.
• After the 48 hours pass without a report, the builder is paid their share and the order cannot be disputed through the bot.
• The Developer, the owner, and builders are not liable for any loss of in-game currency, items, or builds beyond what is described above.

• Sponsorships, giveaway prizes, and gambling stakes are paid in-game using DonutSMP's in-game currency. The bot may check these payments by reading in-game balances, as described in Section 8.
• Giveaway and gambling outcomes are decided by the bot. The results it records are final.
• Winnings are paid out in-game by the shop owner or their stand-in. Payouts may take time and are not guaranteed.
• Gambling involves the risk of losing your stake. Take part only if you accept that risk, and only where DonutSMP's rules allow it.

By submitting a schematic, you confirm that you made it or have permission to share it, and you agree that:

• The bot may re-upload your schematic file, any images you attached, and your title, description and credits into the schematic library forum, where anyone in the server can view and download them.
• Your original message is removed once the forum post is created, so only one copy remains.
• Every post carries a credit line. You must not remove credits from, or claim authorship of, someone else's schematic.
• Staff may remove any post at any time.

• All money in Spawner Tycoon is fake. It is not DonutSMP currency, has no real or in-game value, and cannot be bought, sold, or transferred anywhere outside the game.
• Other players can raid your base and take from you. That is part of the game and is not a loss we will restore.
• The optional "Install Hack" feature makes raids easier, but every action you take afterwards has a chance of wiping your entire game progress. A wipe is permanent and will not be restored. After being caught, you cannot install another hack for 48 hours.
• Game balances, prices, and rules may change at any time, and progress may be reset if the game is changed or discontinued.

Wind Bot is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc., Mojang Studios, Microsoft, or the DonutSMP Minecraft server. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang Studios; "Discord" is a trademark of Discord Inc. These names are used only to describe compatibility and function.

Wind Bot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the bot.
• That any specific feature will remain available in future versions.
• A specific uptime percentage or response time.
• That automatic payment checks will always succeed. When one cannot confirm a payment, it is checked by hand instead.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the bot at any time without prior notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Wind Bot, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, in-game currency, items, builds, or Spawner Tycoon progress.
• Losses, scams, or disputes arising from trades, builds, map art, sponsorships, giveaways, or gambling.
• Damage caused by advertisements posted through the Auto-Wave system.
• Service interruptions or bot downtime.

You use Wind Bot and its DonutSMP features at your own risk.

The Developer may, at their sole discretion, terminate or restrict your access to Wind Bot or any of its DonutSMP features at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the bot at any time by removing it from your server.

Upon termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, and this Section 15) will survive.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Wind Bot after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
